This Cookie Policy applies only to the games.machware.com.tr website. Identifiers and SDKs in our games are explained in our Privacy Policy and in each game's own privacy policy. The data controller is Machware Teknoloji A.Ş..
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website you visit stores in your browser. Similar technologies (e.g. the browser's local storage) can be used for the same purposes. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
Summary
- Unless you give permission, the site uses only one strictly necessary cookie (
mg_consent). - Google Analytics 4 loads only when you click "Accept" in the cookie banner or switch analytics on in the preferences.
- We do not use advertising cookies.
- Fonts are served from our own server; no requests are made to Google Fonts.
Cookies we use
| Name | Provider | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
mg_consent | games.machware.com.tr (first party) | Strictly necessary | Remembering your cookie choice (accept, reject or the categories you chose) | 180 days |
_ga | Google Analytics 4 (first party) | Analytics, consent only | Distinguishing visitors to produce aggregate statistics | 2 years |
_ga_<id> | Google Analytics 4 (first party) | Analytics, consent only | Keeping session state | 2 years |
The analytics cookie durations are Google's defaults; in Google Analytics we keep user-level data for up to 14 months.
Google Consent Mode v2
The site uses Google Consent Mode v2, and every permission (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) starts denied by default. The Google Analytics tag does not load, and no data is sent to Google, until you consent. If you consent, only analytics_storage is granted; advertising permissions always stay off on the site.
Third-party services without cookies
Cloudflare Turnstile
The data deletion, support and data subject request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Turnstile does not use cookies for tracking; it processes technical signals from your browser (such as IP address and browser characteristics) only to tell whether you are a bot. This relies on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the forms (KVKK art. 5(2)(f), GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Details: Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum.
YouTube trailers
Trailers on game pages are shown only as a preview image until you press play, and no request is sent to YouTube before that. When you press play, the video loads through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on Google may store data on your device to play the video, and its own privacy policy applies.
Changing your preferences
- The banner shown on your first visit offers Accept, Reject and Preferences with equal prominence.
- You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the site. When you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are deleted and Google Analytics is not loaded again.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the
mg_consentcookie, the banner is shown again.
Legal basis
The strictly necessary mg_consent cookie relies on our legitimate interest in remembering your choice (KVKK art. 5(2)(f), GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and is strictly necessary under ePrivacy rules. Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5(1), GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Information on transfers of Google Analytics data abroad and on your rights is in our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.
