No. The games have no username-and-password accounts; some games keep your progress in an anonymous player profile on our server. For support and data deletion requests we identify you with the Player ID or Support code shown in the game.

Machware Games titles are built for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Store links are on each game's own page.

Use the form on this page. Tell us the game, your device model, your operating system version and when the problem happened and after which steps. Adding your Player ID or Support code helps us find the problem.

Games that offer in-app purchases have a Restore purchases option in Settings or the store screen. Payments go only through Apple and Google, so payment and refund matters are handled by the relevant store's support.

You can change the analytics permission at any time in a game's Settings screen (Privacy Choices). Personalised ads are shown only with your consent; in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Privacy Choices in Settings reopens the Google consent form. Each game's details are in its own privacy policy.

In games that keep a profile on our server you can use the delete option in the game's Settings screen. You can also enter the game, the platform and the code shown in the game (Player ID or Support code) on the Data Deletion Request page; we complete your request within 30 days at the latest. Data on your device is deleted when you remove the game.
