Data Subject Request.

Machware Teknoloji A.Ş. is the controller of your personal data. You can exercise your rights under KVKK art. 11 and (for users in the EU/EEA) GDPR art. 15–22 through the channels below.

#02Your rights

KVKK art. 11

By applying to the data controller you can:

  1. Learn whether your personal data is processed
  2. Request information if it has been processed
  3. Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  4. Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
  5. Ask for correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
  6. Ask for deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK art. 7
  7. Ask that correction and deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
  8. Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems
  9. Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

GDPR art. 15–22

Users in the EU/EEA also have these rights:

  • Access (art. 15)
  • Rectification (art. 16)
  • Erasure (art. 17)
  • Restriction of processing (art. 18)
  • Notification of rectification, erasure or restriction to recipients (art. 19)
  • Data portability (art. 20)
  • Objection, in particular to direct marketing and processing based on legitimate interest (art. 21)
  • Not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (art. 22)

Formal application channels

Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can send your request in Turkish (requests under the GDPR may also be sent in English) through these channels:

Secure electronic or mobile signature
An application with a secure electronic or mobile signature can be sent to our KEP address.
Registered email
To support@machware.com.tr from an email address you previously gave us and that is registered in our systems.

A formal application must include your full name, your signature (for written applications), your Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, nationality and passport/ID number), an address for notifications, your email address and the subject of the request.

#03Application form

This form is an additional convenience alongside the formal channels. For form requests we may ask for additional information, or for one of the formal channels, to verify your identity. For requests about game data, because there are no accounts, please also write the Player ID or Support code shown in the game in your message so that we can find your data.

If your request is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or we do not answer in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of our answer and in any case within 60 days of your request.
