Chopzy Data Deletion Request.

Privacy statement

Chopzy has no sign-in and no user accounts. Your progress is stored on our game server in an anonymous player profile tied to your installation. You can delete this profile and the data linked to it in two ways: in the game, or with the form on this page using the Support code shown in the game.

Delete in the game

If you can open the game, this is the fastest way: use the delete option in the game's Settings screen. You are removed from leaderboards immediately. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

#02Where is your Support code?

  1. Open the game

    Start Chopzy on your device.

  2. Find the code

    Support code: Shown in Settings › Account.

  3. Copy it

    Copy the code and paste it into the form below. If you cannot open the game, write to us through the support page.

The Support code contains neither your name nor your email address; it lets us confirm that the profile is yours. Do not share it with anyone else.

#03What is deleted and what is kept?

Deleted

  • Your anonymous player profile (installation ID, player number, nickname, country, platform)
  • Your progress, scores and leaderboard entries
  • Your virtual currency and item balances; mission, reward, event and inbox records
  • Your rewarded ad records
  • Your Google Play Games or Apple account link (if you linked one)
  • Analytics and crash records in Firebase linked to this profile (we ask Google to delete them on request)

Kept

  • Purchase records and virtual currency history (linked only to an internal number): as long as tax and accounting law requires, at most 10 years
  • This request itself (email address, reference number, correspondence): 3 years after it is closed, as evidence in disputes
  • Security records of actions in the service (linked only to the internal player number; notes our staff wrote about you are removed): 2 years
  • Server error reports: 90 days; server access logs (shortened IP): 14 days
  • Copies in encrypted backups: overwritten about 35 days after the deletion
  • If the profile was banned for cheating, an irreversible hash of the linked account: for the ban, at most 2 years

Game data on your device is deleted when you remove the game. Your purchases stay tied to your store account and can be restored where the store allows it.

Process and timing

  1. On submitYour request gets a reference number and a confirmation is sent to your email address.
  2. Within 30 daysWe complete the request: we delete your profile, remove you from leaderboards and tell you. We may ask for additional information to confirm the code is yours.
  3. About 35 days laterCopies in encrypted backups are overwritten.
  4. The following 180 daysGoogle fully removes the Firebase data of the deleted identifiers from its live and backup systems.
