Terms of Use — Chopzy

The version of these terms dated by the last update applies.

These terms are specific to Chopzy. The general provisions that apply to all our games and our website (licence, prohibited use, liability, governing law) are in our Terms of Use, which form an integral part of this page. If this page and the general terms conflict, this page prevails for Chopzy.

Parties and acceptance

The game is provided by Machware Teknoloji A.Ş., Maslak Mah. Maslak 42 B Blok İç Kapı 542, Sarıyer/İstanbul ("Machware", "we"). By downloading, installing or playing the game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use Chopzy. The game is licensed to you, not sold. Its code, graphics, sounds, characters and brand belong to Machware or its licensors.

Store terms

Age

Chopzy is designed for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor in your country, use the game with your parent's or guardian's permission.

Ads

The game is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are third-party content; we are not responsible for advertisers' products or services. Ad and consent settings are explained in the Privacy Policy.

In-app purchases

  • The game offers optional in-app purchases. Prices are shown in the store, including taxes, before you buy.
  • Payments are collected and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and purchases are subject to that store's terms. We never see your payment details.
  • Virtual items, in-game currencies or features you buy have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred outside the game; they are licensed to you for use in the game.
  • Permanent purchases (e.g. Remove Ads, which turns off interstitial ads; rewarded ads stay optional) can be restored with the same store account through the game's Restore purchases option. Consumable items (e.g. in-game currency) are not restored once used.

Refunds

Because the store collects the payment, refund requests go directly to the store; Machware cannot see the payment and cannot issue refunds:

Because digital content is supplied immediately with your consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer be available once supply has begun (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15(1)(ğ); in the EU, Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)). This does not affect your other mandatory consumer rights or the stores' own refund policies. If an item you bought did not arrive, write to us through the support page with the transaction number and your Support code.

Game data and updates

You do not need to sign in to play. Your progress is stored on your device and in your anonymous player profile on our game server. If you delete your profile, your progress and your virtual item and currency balances are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. We may update the game, add or remove content, or end the game's availability with reasonable prior notice. To have your data deleted, use the data deletion page.

Fair play

To keep the game's online features (e.g. leaderboards and rewards) fair for everyone, cheating, using automated tools and abusing the game or its server are prohibited. In those cases we may void scores, remove a profile from leaderboards or block its access to online features. The related data is described in the Privacy Policy.
